What temperature should wine grapes be stored at?

8 °C to 15 °C cellar, 0–4 °C cold stabilisation at 70–80% RH, giving roughly Vintage cycle. We set and verify these bands during commissioning.

When is the wine grapes season around Cape Town?

January to April harvest. We plan installations and major maintenance outside that window wherever possible.

Can you expand our existing Cape Town facility?

Yes — we audit the current envelope and plant capacity first, then add chambers or pre-cooling without redesigning the whole site.
