Thermal Insulation Solutions questions
Which is better — polystyrene or polyurethane panel?
PIR/PUR gives a better thermal value per millimetre and suits freezers and tight spaces; EPS is cost-effective for chillers and larger envelopes. We specify per chamber and budget.
Why is my freezer floor cracking?
Almost always missing or failed under-slab insulation and heating, letting frost form under the slab. It needs a proper floor build-up, not a surface patch.
Can you insulate an existing warehouse without shutting it down?
Usually yes. Panel and spray foam work can be phased zone by zone, and we schedule around production shifts.
