Cold chain in Melmoth
Producers around Melmoth typically handle Macadamia. That sets the storage envelope we design to — 10 °C to 15 °C for nut-in-shell, 0–5 °C for kernel at 55–65% RH for macadamia.
Our workshop is in Pretoria North, and crews travel to Melmoth for installation, commissioning and contracted maintenance visits.
