FAQ

Bitzer screw compressor service in Spartan

How fast can a technician service Bitzer equipment at a craft breweries site in Spartan?

Spartan sits on the R21 and R24, so our Kempton Park dispatch reaches most Spartan Industrial sites inside a standard callout window. Emergency screw compressor service runs 24/7 because a stalled crash cool ruins a fermentation batch.

Do you stock OEM components for Bitzer systems?

Yes — Genuine Bitzer valve plates, gasket sets, oil pumps and OLC-D1 protection modules. Bitzer (Germany) equipment on R404A/R134a/R717 charges is supported with the fast-moving spares held at our Pretoria North workshop and non-stock items brought in on OEM order.

What pressure testing and gas compliance certificates are provided?

Every screw compressor service job closes with a pressure test record and gas handling Certificate of Conformance issued under SANS 10147 by a SAQCC Gas registered technician, plus the SANS 10147 documentation your auditors expect.

What operating envelope do you commission this equipment to?

Craft Breweries run at −4 °C to +12 °C at 60–70% RH, with screw compressor service performed against −45 °C to +5 °C evaporating. A stalled crash cool ruins a fermentation batch
