FAQ

Kide pipework & lagging in Markman

How fast can a technician service Kide equipment at a flower & floristry coolers site in Markman?

Markman sits on the N2 and R335, so our Gqeberha dispatch reaches most Markman Industrial sites inside a standard callout window. Emergency pipework & lagging runs 24/7 because ethylene build-up and desiccation shorten vase life.

Do you stock OEM components for Kide systems?

Yes — Kide panel locks, gaskets, heated frames and door hardware. Kide (Spain) equipment on R134a charges is supported with the fast-moving spares held at our Pretoria North workshop and non-stock items brought in on OEM order.

What pressure testing and gas compliance certificates are provided?

Every pipework & lagging job closes with a pressure test record and gas handling Certificate of Conformance issued under SANS 10147 by a SAQCC Gas registered technician, plus the SANS 10147 documentation your auditors expect.

What operating envelope do you commission this equipment to?

Flower & Floristry Coolers run at +1 °C to +4 °C at 85–90% RH, with pipework & lagging performed against −45 °C to +120 °C line temperatures. Ethylene build-up and desiccation shorten vase life
